Billing FAQ
How does billing work?
We bill monthly or annually, depending on your preference. All plans are billed in advance, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, we'll prorate the remaining days in your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based payments.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
